The IQPlot test is free. The only thing you can pay for is an optional one-time report and certificate (currently $3.98, or $1.99 with the promotional discount shown at checkout). This page sets out our refund policy for that purchase.
1. Digital product, delivered immediately
The paid report is a digital product. It is generated from your test answers and unlocked in your browser as soon as your payment is confirmed — there is nothing to ship and nothing to return. Because of this, once the report has been unlocked we generally treat the sale as complete.
2. When you can get a refund
We will give you a full refund if any of the following applies:
- You were charged but the report did not unlock. If payment was taken and the full report or certificate never became available to you, and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
- You were charged more than once or in error. Duplicate charges and accidental charges are refunded in full.
- The product was materially not as described. If what you received is materially different from what the site said you would get, you are entitled to a refund.
- You changed your mind, within 14 days, and have not meaningfully used the report. As a goodwill policy we will refund a request made within 14 days of purchase where the report has not been substantially relied on, downloaded repeatedly, or shared. Approval of this category is at our reasonable discretion.
3. When a refund is not available
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except where required by law.
- Dissatisfaction with your score itself. The score reflects your answers on the day; an unexpected or disappointing result is not a product fault.
- Loss of access caused by clearing your own browser data — contact support first and we will help you restore access rather than refund it.
- Cases where the report worked as described and was used, downloaded, or shared.
4. How to request a refund
Email ahmeddevfy@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or with the receipt or order number from your payment confirmation, and tell us briefly what went wrong. We aim to reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Payment provider and chargebacks
Payments and refunds are handled by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Refunds are subject to that provider's processing. Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank — a chargeback is slower for everyone and we can almost always resolve a genuine issue faster directly.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence that cannot be waived. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence over the limits above. Note that in many jurisdictions the right to withdraw from a digital purchase ends once delivery of the digital content has begun with your consent — which, here, is when you complete checkout and the report unlocks.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. The policy in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
